Commercial Maintenance To achieve better results in gardens we maintain, Greencoat Gardeners undertake an initial grounds ‘appraisal/checklist’ in order to assess the need for improved appearance. For example, a roses border to add a long season of colour can give your grounds/site just the uplift needed to take you through those dormant months of winter where there is little much in the way of plant interest.
To further support this ‘appraisal/checklist’ we produce ‘visuals’ from photographs.
The idea is that this will serve as a solid foundation to build high standards when it comes to maintaining your grounds or site.
Once the ‘appraisal/checklist’ and if needed ‘visualisations’ meet with your approval, a quotation for initial preparation will be drawn up and work will begin.
The frequency of commercial maintenance will vary from site to site; but normally is on a weekly or fortnightly basis but also can be weekly, five day periods at a time.
The type of commercial properties suited to Greencoat Gardeners are, for example, business parks, hotels, town and country houses open to public or private company personnel. We prefer to work where a proportion of the grounds are herbaceous borders/beds and need gardeners with appropriate knowledge to renovate and maintain them.
